Discovery Programme

The Discovery Programme is a focused, 2‑week assessment designed to explore your family’s dynamics and immediate needs, with a special emphasis on your child's wellbeing. During this initial phase, we work together in two structured online sessions. In the first session, both parents and the child come together for a 50‑minute discussion where we establish baseline functioning, identify key areas of concern, and gain a fuller understanding of your family context. After this meeting, you will receive a set of carefully designed tasks and materials that help gather additional insights and further illuminate your family's unique situation.

In our follow‑up session, we review the findings and discuss professional impressions, which then inform the creation of a tailored evaluation report. This report outlines evidence-based recommendations and potential next steps that can support your family's journey towards improved wellbeing.
